Task Groups
CSGUK has two task groups through which we organise events, compile case studies and keep in touch with the library customer service community. Membership of a task group offers a great opportunity to develop skills and build your professional network as well as supporting the work of CSGUK.
Events Group
The Events Task Group is responsible for organising a range of events and networking opportunities to support the aims and objectives of CSGUK, including delivering our annual conference.

Research and Resources Group
The Research and Resources Task Group aims to develop shared professional knowledge and awareness of issues, trends and developments impacting on service delivery in libraries by commissioning and producing case studies and engaging with the library community.
